Dr. Maxwell Mayhem has travelled back in time to 1969 and prevented the moon landing of the "Apollo XI" mission. The course of history then went completely off the rails, and now Mayhem not only controls the largest rocket manufacturer in the world, but also considers the moon his property.
But that's not all! With his giant bulldozers, he had an image of his face carved into the surface of the moon, so that you can't look up at the sky at night without seeing Mayhem's grinning visage. And no one knows what this megalomaniac will do next!
